- Ross L-O-X® valves are manual lockout valves used for energy isolation. They physically shut off and exhaust compressed air from a machine during maintenance and allow a padlock to be applied. LOTO valves are required for compliance with OSHA 1910.147.
- Yes. Ross provides seal kits, repair kits, spool assemblies, and rebuild components for most current valve series. Many Ross valves are designed for in-place servicing to reduce machine downtime.
- Ross directional valves are engineered for high-flow rates and fast response in pneumatic circuits. They are built with rugged internal construction that stands up to cycling wear. Many models are designed so they can be serviced without removing the valve from the machine.
- A Ross safety valve (such as a DM2® or CrossMirror™ valve) provides redundant air-supply control to help machines exhaust pressure quickly during an emergency stop. These are used when OSHA, ISO 13849, or machine-safety standards require Category-3 or Category-4 performance levels.
