Centro's products are shipped within the United States using the following carriers: UPS & FedEx. Online orders can only be shipped via Standard Ground. If you require shipping via 1,2 or 3-Day Air, or Truckline (for orders over 150lbs), please contact our sales department to complete your order. Our flat rate shipping costs are calculated based on package weight. Flat rate shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders shipping to AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, KY, OK, TN, or TX will include tax unless a tax exemption certificate is provided before placing your order. If you wish to return your product, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If a freight amount isn't accounted for at checkout, Centro's default shipping method is PP&A unless a direct billing carrier account number is provided (e.g. UPS or FedEx Collect, etc). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Availability and factory lead times are subject to prior sale. All shipping items including Next Day Air are subject to manufacturer's lead times when items are not available from inventory. Please include any shipping instructions or preferences we should be aware of.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders, unless specified otherwise, are assembled or made to order and should, therefore, be expected to be non-cancelable & non-returnable custom products.
If you have a question about your new, unused product in its original packaging, please contact our sales office regarding: information about installation and use of your purchase, the availability of a return, or questions about manufacturer warranty.
After discussing with Centro sales and a return is agreed upon and approved, information on how to conduct a return will be specified to you. This report will contain a destination address, reference code and shipping method instructions (Most common method specified is the best way via most economical method at the sender's preference and expense with appropriate packaging and insurance protection).
After the shipment is received, it will be inspected and tested to investigate for indication of installation or damage during shipment. This process will confirm the return to be received as new unused and in the original packaging to be resold as New In Box resalable condition.
When this process is completed and confirmed by Centro or the manufacturer, a credit will be issued by the manufacturer to Centro minus any applicable re-stock fees not including freight on the original order or return and Centro will then create a credit document for your record and refund the original order payment via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the product.
