Magnetic Separation

The Magnattack® Bullnose Plate Magnet can be supplied with a single or dual plate, depending on whether the application is a straight gravity drop or a sloping chute. The Single Bullnose Plate is designed to be installed on the underside of an enclosed sloping chute or under a screw conveyor discharge, while the Dual Bullnose design includes two powerful Bullnose Plate Magnets, positioned on each side of a vertical product flow, along with a high-strength splitter-bar magnet positioned in the center of the product flow to direct the product toward the magnets on either side. The Bullnose Plate Magnets are mounted inside hinged doors for easy accessibility, inspection, and cleaning. These units are fully adjustable, which enables you to set the magnets in the most ideal position to maximize separation efficiency, without blocking product flow.

The Cable-Buddy is a high-visibility cable holder with a quick-acting plastic clip and a high-strength rare earth magnet. It can support 3+ cables. Prevent trip hazards and better comply with OSHA standards.

The Cable-Mate is a magnetic cable holder which features a high strength rare earth magnet and a large HDPE plastic adjustable strap, which can support 6+ cables. Prevent trip hazards and better comply with OSHA standards.

The Magnattack® Emulsion & Slurry Pipeline Separator is designed for effective foreign metal fragment control and risk reduction in thick and viscous liquids, slurries, and emulsion applications. The FRAS Cable-Mate is a high temperature and heavy-duty magnetic cable holder. It complies with FRAS (Fire Resistant Anti-Static) requirements for mines and confined spaces. The FRAS Cable-Mate is suitable for high temperature and heavy-duty applications and features a highly visible yellow strap with a reflective sticker, and can support 6+ cables. The materials in the FRAS will not cause a spark, mitigating the risk of dangerous dust explosions in mining environments. Prevent trip hazards and better comply with OSHA standards.

Magnattack® Grate / Drawer Magnets are designed for hoppers, chutes, ducts, and packing outlets. The grid / grate style magnet design allows for the product to 'cascade' through the assembly of high-strength magnetic bars. As the product comes in direct contact with the magnets, the metal fragments are washed to the underside of the bars where the contaminants are safely retained until cleaning.

The Magnattack® Lab Test Magnet features a high-strength RE80® magnet with a quick-cleaning sleeve. This magnet can be used for testing of samples and products to achieve a reliable indication of metal contamination in dry and wet food products. The Lab Test Magnet can also be used to assist with cleaning of other magnets.

The Magnattack® Magnet Filter Combo is an inline magnetic separator which attracts & retains fine metal fragments that can escape filters in liquid processing applications. This magnet provides efficient magnetic separation without leaks, blockage or distortion.

The Magnattack® Mag-Ram® is a self-cleaning sanitary grate magnet designed for use at the outlets of hoppers, bulk filling or outload, and in hard to reach locations where magnetic separation is desired, or in situations when magnet cleaning needs to be done at pre-programmed intervals.
