Overview:
The Aignep 87111-08-0800 is a 1/2" swivel 90° elbow push-in fitting from the industry-leading 87-88 Inch Series, designed for fast, reliable connections in compressed air, vacuum, and fluid systems. Featuring Aignep's patented SwiftFit Universal Thread technology, this fitting seals on any thread type, NPT, NPTF, BSPP, BSPT, or ISO with a single NBR thread seal, eliminating the guesswork of thread matching on the shop floor.
The 90° swivel elbow configuration allows full 360° rotation after assembly, making it ideal for tight-space installations where tube routing flexibility is critical. A built-in safety ring ensures the fitting rotates freely without compromising the air-tight seal. The nickel-plated brass body provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the 303 stainless steel gripper delivers a secure, vibration-resistant tube grip on nylon, polyethylene, polyurethane, PTFE, and FEP tubing.
With a pressure rating of vacuum to 290 PSI and a temperature range of –4°F to 176°F, the 87111-08-0800 is built for demanding industrial environments. It meets REACH, RoHS, PED 2014/68/UE, and ISO 14743:2020 standards, and is silicon-free throughout.
