Overview:
The Ashcroft® P-series NEMA 7/9 differential pressure switch was designed for use in hazardous applications where uncompromising protection is required. This switch combines field-proven technology, stability and long cycle life. Its rugged explosion proof housing makes it ideal for satisfying differential pressure control, shutdown or alarm operations in hazardous locations when two independent setpoints or adjustable deadbands are required. This switch is configured for single setpoint, adjustable deadband operation, with a general purpose switch element. It is built with an explosion proof epoxy coated aluminum enclosure, 316L stainless steel actuator seal, and 1/4" NPT female process connection. Sensing supports a 15 psid pressure range. Additional options include factory adjusted setpoints.
