Overview:
The Ashcroft® P-series NEMA 7/9 differential pressure switch was designed for use in hazardous applications where uncompromising protection is required. This switch combines field-proven technology, stability and long cycle life. Its rugged explosion proof housing makes it ideal for satisfying differential pressure control, shutdown or alarm operations in hazardous locations when two independent setpoints or adjustable deadbands are required. Built around single setpoint, fixed deadband operation, this switch comes with a sealed environment proof switch element. Physical specs include an explosion proof epoxy coated aluminum enclosure, Buna-N actuator seal, and 1/4" NPT female process connection. Range and sensing include a 30 IWD pressure range. Additional options for this configuration include factory adjusted setpoints, terminal blocks, stainless steel tag, and 316 stainless steel pressure connection.
