Overview:
The Ashcroft® T7 NEMA 7/9 explosion proof temperature Switch is designed for use in hazardous applications. With temperature ranges from -40°F to 750°F, the T7/9 delivers outstanding repeatability, this switch is ideal for temperature control, shutdown or alarm operations. The T7 switch is SIL 3 Capable for safety applications. It is equipped with a dual hermetically sealed, general purpose switch element. Physical specs include an explosion proof epoxy coated aluminum enclosure. Range and sensing include a remote mount, 15' capillary thermal system, 3" bulb length, and 260/400 °C temperature range. Additional options for this configuration include 1/2" male NPT bushing, 3/4" to 1/2" reducing bushing, and 2" pipe mounting bracket.
