Overview:
Flange mounting, Series MF1, MF2. Mounting hardware for installing the corresponding pneumatic component on machine framework. Used to secure pneumatic components to machine frames, fixtures, and sub-assemblies during installation. Available from us as an authorized Aventics distributor with manufacturer warranty.

- Mount style: NFPA MF1 — 1-1/2" through 6" (MF1); 1-1/2" through 8" (MF2) bore range
- Rectangular flange mount accessory. MF1 mounts on the head end (rod end); MF2 mounts on the cap end. Bolts the cylinder to a stationary surface; preferred when load is in-line with the rod. Steel or aluminum construction with NFPA-standard hole pattern.
- NFPA-standard hole pattern (NFPA T3.6.7 R1) for direct bolt-up to compatible cylinders
- Steel construction (typical); zinc-plated or painted finish for corrosion protection
- Sized by cylinder bore — multiple bore brackets available
- Compatible cylinder lines: TaskMaster pneumatic, PowerMaster PPT/PHT, PressureMaster HHT, Series A NFPA Interchangeable Aluminum, and ISO 15552 PRA / TRB profile and tie-rod cylinders

- Application guidance: Ensure mount style suits load direction — fixed clevis (MP1) for swinging in-line loads; rectangular flange (MF1/MF2) for axial loads in line with the rod; side lugs (MS2) for axial loads where the cylinder is bolted to a flat surface. For high side loads or shock service, specify stop tubes on the cylinder and consider thrust key retainer (MS2/MS4/MS7 PressureMaster).
