Overview:
The DelVal 4" Wafer Lined Butterfly Valve (Series 42) is engineered for aggressive chemical service, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food & beverage processing, and applications requiring superior corrosion resistance. The PTFE seat with Viton energizer provides a chemically inert sealing surface, while the PTFE encapsulated disc protects against a wide range of corrosive media. The Ductile Iron wafer body allows easy installation between standard ANSI flanges. A 10-position lever handle delivers smooth, accurate flow control. Rated to 200 PSI (at 100°F) with a temperature range of -40°F to +400°F (-40°C to +204°C). Conforms to API 609 Category A, MSS SP-67.
