The Easytork Vane Actuator (EVA Series) delivers a next-generation solution for quarter-turn valve automation. With its patented spring-less, internal air-reservoir design and compact high-torque construction, it addresses the key limitations of older actuator technologies. Whether you’re upgrading existing valve automation or designing a new system in challenging conditions, the Easytork EVA offers superior performance, reliability and value.Features:
- Patented spring-less design using an internal air-reservoir instead of mechanical springs for fail-safe operation eliminating spring fatigue, drift and failure modes
- Compact, lightweight construction achieves high torque in a smaller footprint compared to conventional spring-return or rack-and-pinion actuators
- Robust torque range up to 46,000 in-lb at 80 psi in certain models
- Versatile configuration: suitable for on/off (double acting) or fail-safe (fail-open or fail-close) applications
- Wide operating temperature range (typically from -20 °C to +80 °C / –4 °F to +176 °F) for demanding environments
Application:
- Ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves in oil & gas, chemical, power generation, water treatment, municipal systems.
- Environments with low air supply pressure, corrosive or dirty air conditions, or where compact/efficient fail-safe actuation is required.
