The Easytork ESV Series solenoid valve is a robust, versatile solution for pneumatic control of actuators in demanding automation scenarios. With its modular design, broad environmental and electrical compatibility, high flow capacity, and fail-safe capability, it significantly simplifies valve automation systems while enhancing reliability and reducing lifecycle cost.Features:
- Versatile electrical & environmental compatibility, The ESV Series supports standard (24 V DC / 110 V AC / 230 V AC) coils, as well as explosion-proof (Ex-Proof), ATEX, intrinsically-safe (I-Safe), low-temperature and low-power variants
- Integrated actuation control, Designed to interface directly with Easytork’s vane actuators (EVA Series) enabling selection of double-acting or fail-safe (fail-open/fail-close) modes without external piping or pilot valves
- High flow capacity & robust design, Supports operating pressures 2–10 bar (30–150 psi), port size ~¼″, with flow up to ~1750 L/min (Cv ~1.8) for the standard body
- Optimized for harsh service, Features such as bi-directional tapered lip-seals help wipe out sediment in the spool chamber, improving reliability in dirty or contaminated air environments; environment air never ingresses via vacuum switching as common spring-return valves do
- Modular coil / body design, The same valve body accommodates multiple coil types (standard, ATEX, Ex-Proof, low power), reducing inventory complexity
Application:
- On/off actuation of quarter-turn valves (ball, butterfly, plug) in industrial, oil & gas, water & wastewater, and chemical processing settings.
- Fail-safe valve automation systems requiring robust, explosion-rated or intrinsically-safe equipment.
- Environments with poor instrument air quality or high levels of contamination where sediment ingress is common, the ESV’s design improves lifespan and reduces maintenance.
- Retrofit projects where a flexible actuator control valve is needed without extensive piping or pilot valve changes.
