Overview:
The 23-20 is a PrimeRoyal® Q packed-plunger liquid end for 20 mm plunger diameter service. The packed-plunger design excels at high-pressure chemical injection in oil & gas, refinery, and specialty chemical applications where diaphragm designs may be limited by pressure or temperature. P4 head design accommodates plunger diameters from 20 to 32 mm. Check valve options include single-ball, double-ball, flat valve, hard ball-and-seat (LD), slurry, H₂SO₄, viscous, and anti-siphon configurations. Wetted O-ring material is selected between PTFE, Viton, or Nitrile. Connection options and capacity control add-ons are priced separately.
