Overview:
The 43-20 is a PrimeRoyal® N PTFE HPD diaphragm liquid end for a 20 mm plunger in 316L stainless steel. Designed for large-bore, high-flow critical process injection, the PrimeRoyal N HPD keeps process fluid contained behind the PTFE diaphragm at all times. Available with diaphragm rupture detection — pressure switch (NEMA 4 or explosion-proof), gauge, combined gauge and switch, or transmitter manifold — for process safety compliance. Suction and discharge connections range from standard threaded to ANSI flanges through Class 1500 in stainless or Alloy 20. Bernard actuator capacity control options (IP68 and explosion-proof) are available for remote modulating control. Gear set, motor mount, and oil options are priced separately.
