Overview:
This specialized Four-Position Temp-Plate is for monitoring overheat conditions directly on the surface of integrated circuits during wafer fabrication. Designed to withstand exposure to high heat, vacuums and corrosive gases when used in the demanding semiconductor industry. IC Batch / Vacuum Temp-Plates are sold in reclosable storage bags of 10 labels. This round four position label has temperature points at 65°, 93°, 121°, and 148°C. Temp-Plate cover material is Kapton only, reverse printed for vacuum Chamber use. Diameter: .56" (14 mm). To receive NIST Calibration data for this label, please add a NIST Data Certificate to your cart. While many models of Temp-Plates are in stock, some labels will have to be produced once we receive your order. If your label is in stock, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.
