Overview:
The Wahl DHS115XL is a lightweight handheld infrared thermometer. With a 12:1 distance to spot ratio, this model is best used in short range applications, and measures temperatures up to 999°F (535°C); measure higher temperature objects while still standing at a safe distance. Included laser assists with aiming. Extended features available on this model include Hi and Low audible alarms whet set temperature is reached. To measure a temperature, point the unit at the target, pull the trigger and hold to uses the "scan" mode, in which the unit will display the current temperature on the LCD.
