The Toshiba EQP Global® 840 motor series serves as a cost-effective alternative to meet key features of the 841 specifications, specifically designed for the mill and chemical industries. It features a robust, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) design with premium construction. The EQP Global 840 series has a double shaft sealed arrangement for frames 324-365T. Frames 404T and above feature labyrinth seals on both ends. These features provide an IP56 rating, protecting the motor against moisture and contaminants entering the enclosure.
