Overview:
The Yamada DP-40BAN-HD (854341) is a DP-40 XDP Series AOD Pump with a 1-1/2" inlet x 1-1/2" outlet Flanged/NPT connection, Aluminum (ADC-12) body, Buna-N/Buna-N ball valve/o-ring material, ball valve type, center manifold, and 116 GPM max flow rate. Rebuild kit number K40-MN. All Yamada pumps feature bolted construction, which eliminates leaks and simplifies post-maintenance reassembly. Outside-accessible air valve allows for inspection or maintenance without removing the pump from service. The Yamada-designed pilot valve is an individual modular pilot valve that actuates the air valve. It is depressed slightly by the inner center disk creating a pressure drop at one end of the air valve, allowing shifting to occur. It is maintenance free with no cumbersome snap rings or lubricated dynamic o-rings to replace or repair.
