Knuckles
Mounting knuckles are adjustable joints that let you aim sensors, cameras, lights and tooling at exactly the right angle. Combined with rods, plates and bases, they form flexible mounting systems that are quick to adjust when a machine changes.
Knuckle Styles
- Ball joint knuckles – full 360° adjustment for fine aiming
- Hinge knuckles – single-axis pivots that hold their position
- Cross clamps and swivel joints – connect rods at right angles
- Indexing knuckles – repeatable angles for changeovers
- Stainless and aluminum versions – for washdown and general use
Building a Mount
Check the rod diameter, load weight and required range of motion, then add bases, rods and sensor brackets to complete the assembly. Knuckles with locking screws or handles allow tool-free adjustment. Use stainless components in food and wet environments.
Centro offers mounting knuckles and modular components to build sturdy, adjustable sensor and camera mounts.
