Icon Process Controls’ Truflo® TIF Insertion Paddle Wheel Flow Meter seamlessly combines precision, durability, and advanced technology to meet a wide range of industrial needs. These flow meters deliver accuracy of ±0.5% and are constructed from durable, chemical-resistant materials like PVC, PP, and PVDF, ensuring reliability in challenging environments. Icon Process Controls also offers the TI3F Paddle Wheel Flow Meter – a 316 SS option! The TIF Series has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. The insertion paddle wheel flow meter provides a 2x Relay (10A) output and is equipped with an optional 330° rotatable vivid LED display showing Flow Rate + Flow Total + Batching. The re-engineered low-drag, fluid-dynamic design of the chemical paddle wheel allows it to stand alone as the industry’s most accurate flow meter sensor. Icon’s paddle wheel flow meter sensors incorporate a Tefzel® paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. The TIF liquid flow meter sensor is industry’s longest lasting paddle wheel flow meter and comes with a lifetime warranty on the paddle wheel assembly. The digital flow meter sensors can be installed into pipe sizes ½ – 24” using our line of comprehensive custom fittings. Icon’s complete line of insertion paddle wheel flow meter sensors will also retrofit into any Signet® style fitting.Features:
