Icon Process Controls’ Truflo® TIM Insertion Paddle Wheel Flow Meter seamlessly combines precision, durability, and advanced technology to meet a wide range of industrial needs. These flow meters deliver accuracy of ±0.5% and are constructed from durable, chemical-resistant materials like PVC, PP, and PVDF, ensuring reliability in challenging environments. Icon Process Controls also offers the TI3M Paddle Wheel Flow Meter – a 316 SS option! The TIM Series digital paddle wheel flow meter sensor has been designed for tough industrial applications. The TIM series paddle wheel flow meter sensor has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. The plastic insertion flow meter sensor is equipped with an optional 330° rotatable vivid LED display showing both Flow Rate & Flow Total and provides a frequency pulse | 4-20mA or optional Voltage output. The re-engineered low-drag, fluid-dynamic design of the paddle wheel allows it to stand alone as the industry’s most accurate chemical flow meter. Icon’s paddle wheel flow meter sensors incorporate a Tefzel® paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. The TIM series liquid flow meter sensor is the industry’s longest lasting plastic flow meter sensor and comes with a lifetime warranty on the paddle wheel assembly. The flow meter sensors can be installed into pipe sizes ½ – 24” using our line of comprehensive custom fittings. Icon’s complete line of insertion paddle wheel chemical flow meter sensors will also retrofit into any Signet® style fitting.Features:
