These flow meters deliver accuracy of ±0.5% and are constructed from durable, chemical-resistant materials like PVC, PP, and PVDF, ensuring reliability in challenging environments. Icon Process Controls also offers the TI3W Paddle Wheel Flow Meter – a 316 SS option! The TIW Series Paddle Wheel Flow Meter Sensor has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. The plastic insertion flow meter sensor is a blind unit that provides a frequency pulse output and is available with a Hirschmann DIN quick disconnect or a flying lead. The re-engineered low-drag, fluid-dynamic design of the paddle wheel allows it to stand alone as the industry’s most accurate chemical flow meter. Icon’s paddle wheel flow meter sensors incorporate a Tefzel® paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. The TIW liquid flow meter sensor, is industry’s longest lasting paddle wheel flow meter and comes with a lifetime warranty on the paddle wheel assembly. The chemical flow meter sensors can be installed into pipe sizes ½ – 24” using our line of comprehensive custom fittings.
