Overview:
The Flat Belt Conveyor with the non-accumulating conveyor belt is suitable for handling bulk material and objects that are not inherently stable. Various unit load sizes can reliably be transported due to the width of 400 mm. The length of 2000 mm allows loads of up to 50 kg to be transported on the conveyor system at a line load of 25 kg/m. The Flat Belt Conveyor 8 40 D is available with an accumulating, non-accumulating or an ESD-safe conveyor belt in eight widths up to 400 mm and axial spacings up to 6000 mm.Specifications:

- The choice of motor must be adapted to the characteristics of the process and the material being moved.
- The upright must be reinforced by a longitudinal brace and additional uprights should be installed for support from a length of 2000 mm.
- The Flat Belt Conveyor 8 40 D-400 with non-accumulating belt can be operated with a maximum load of 100 kg and a line load of 25 kg/m.
