Overview:
The versatile KOBOLD DRG Paddle Flow Sensor combines compact design, economical pricing, and exceptional adaptability to deliver reliable flow measurement for liquid applications from 0.15 to 37 GPM with ±3% full scale accuracy. Using advanced Hall effect technology to detect magnetic-embedded rotating paddles, this OEM-friendly instrument offers multiple output configurations including frequency signals, 4-20 mA analog transmission, or comprehensive compact electronics with LED display and programmable setpoint switches. Available in five distinct material combinations—from economical brass to high-performance stainless steel and all-plastic polypropylene versions for aggressive chemicals and high-purity water—the DRG provides excellent chemical compatibility with maximum operating pressures up to 580 PSIG and temperatures to 176°F. The low-profile design features NEMA 4X/IP65 protection, minimal pressure drop (14.5 PSI at 100% rated flow), and horizontal flow orientation with connection options ranging from 1/8" to 1" NPT to accommodate diverse installation requirements. With its modular electronic packages, lightweight construction (as little as 0.26 lb for the all-plastic version), and comprehensive connectivity options including M12 connectors and DIN 43650 plugs, the DRG delivers exceptional value for industrial, process control, and OEM flow monitoring applications where reliable measurement and space efficiency are critical requirements.Features:
