Overview:
The MIK-5NAUENL343 magnetic-inductive (electromagnetic) flowmeter is set up for 1-1/4" NPT process connections. The unit registers process fluid flow from 4.0 up to 75 GPM, driving a 4–20 mA transmitter output. Made of stainless steel, PVC, PPS with NBR seals, it threads to 1-1/4" NPT. With no moving parts in the stream, measurement is taken across the electrodes. Sized for 1-1/4" NPT piping, the MIK-5NAUENL343 is a dependable choice for process fluid flow measurement in industrial process lines. The KOBOLD MIK Compact Magneto-Inductive Flowmeter delivers precision electromagnetic flow measurement for conductive liquids with exceptional ±2% full scale accuracy across flow ranges from 0.18 GPH to 180 GPM. Operating on Faraday's Law of magnetic induction, this maintenance-free instrument features zero moving parts and robust all-plastic construction with multiple material combinations including PPS and PVDF housings paired with stainless steel, Hastelloy®, or Tantalum electrodes. The versatile design handles aggressive chemicals, acids, caustic solutions, and corrosive media at pressures up to 145 psi and temperatures from -4°F to 176°F, making it ideal for water treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and other demanding industrial applications where traditional metal flowmeters would deteriorate.
