Overview:
The Micronics U1000-HM is a clamp on ultrasonic BTU energy meter that provides an affordable, non-invasive alternative to traditional in-line energy meters. Designed for energy management, sub-metering, and billing applications, it is ideal for heating and cooling systems in domestic, commercial, and district networks. Its non-intrusive installation saves both time and cost by eliminating the need to drain systems or cut into existing pipework. The system measures flow rate using ultrasound and temperature difference with PT100 sensors to calculate energy transfer. It displays real-time flow, power, and energy readings and can be integrated with Modbus or M-Bus communication networks for building and energy management systems.Features:
