Overview:
The Micronics U3300 is a permanently mounted clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter designed for accurate, non-invasive measurement of liquids in full pipes. It uses Transit Time / Cross-Correlation technology to provide precise bi-directional flow readings without cutting the pipe or contacting the fluid. This wall-mounted system delivers long-term, maintenance-free performance for process control, water management, and industrial monitoring applications.
The wall-mounted electronics assembly integrates all operating controls, signal processing, and display functions within a robust IP65-rated enclosure. The front panel features a backlit graphic display and keypad for configuration, setup, and diagnostics. Programming is simple—select “Quickstart” and follow on-screen prompts in multiple languages. The display continuously shows flow rate, signal strength, totalized volume, and time/date, with directional indication and diagnostic feedback.
