Overview:
The 1-85XX-X SafePoint is a rugged and reliable point level switch used in a wide assortment of dry bulk solids applications. This easy to install level switch is a proven performer in a wide variety of materials to eliminate bin overflow, maintain a pre-determined material level, indicate plugging of conveyors and trigger re-order points. The SafePoint integrates a self-validating “true” fail-safe system which continuously confirms the proper operation of the sensor and indicates status via a visual LED and an independent relay contact output. The patented magnetic sensing and smart-sensor processing overcomes risks more common with optic-sensing systems.
