Overview:
Clamp Collar to Secure Drum Cone to Drum Top. Fits 18-7/8" (47.9 cm) outside diameter drum rim with drum lid removed.Features:
- Replace your drum lid with a drum cone to control dumping of DRY MATERIAL from a drum.
- Extend reach of pour and greatly reduce dust when discharging dry material.
- Select correct drum cone size for each drum diameter.
- Centered drum cones.
- Asymmetric drum cones with off-center discharge.
- Secure Cone to drum with Clamp Collar (sold separately).
- Add Valve to start and stop dispensing (slide gate or iris valve with 6" (15.24 cm) opening).
- Drum Cone capacity exceeds the capacity of all Morse drum handlers when properly secured to drum.
- Clamp Collar secures Drum Cone to drum
- Fits 18-7/8" (47.9 cm) drum rim outside diameter
- IMPORTANT: Remove drum lid. Then measure drum top rim outside diameter WITHOUT lid.
- Tighten Clamp Collar around top rim of drum with Cone in place
- Tighten Clamp Collar by turning knob on end of threaded rod
- On inside of Clamp Collar, sections of rod retain Cone, and sections of angle engage under top rim of drum
