Overview:
The GT-1000 Tilter is designed to increase Gaylord, tote or drum unloading efficiency, allowing for easy and complete material clean-out. Each unit comes standard with 4-bolt main pivot bearings for smooth rotation, a Firestone airbag, Parker pneumatics, box retainer and wand holder. The controls allow for both manual and automatic tilting to ensure the smooth and continuous flow of material to the vacuum wand with little or no assistance from the operator. The GT-1000 initiates lift at 1,000 lbs. with an air pressure of 80 psi. However, the initial tilt weight can be adjusted to a lower value by decreasing the air pressure via the built-in adjustable regulator. The GT-1000 is well-suited for handling free-flowing and semi-free-flowing materials, accommodating for a variety of downstream processing requirements. All tilters offer ground entry loading for fast, easy loading by pallet jacks and forklifts. Powder coated for durability in Pioneer blue.Features:
