Overview:
Quick-Fit® In Cuts, also known as Saddle Taps, are standard with QF rolled ends, allowing quick connections with other QF® ductwork. Cut Ins are used to cut into existing duct lines to begin a new Quick-Fit (QF) section. Contact Nordfab or your local Nordfab dealer for assistance with branch configurations not shown below, larger sizes, and material / gauge options. Quick-Fit has been used in a wide variety of applications, wherever dust collection or fine particulate transfer is required. Quick-Fit saves time and money on installation, is easy to clean out, is adaptable to existing ductwork, and is easily re-used during shop floor reconfigurations. - Available with flanged ends in diameters up to 72", and other various end types
- Optional gauges 18, 16, 14, 12 and 10
- Saddle length and width = 3" all directions from Branch Tube C
- Available in galvanized steel and 304SS (as shown below) or optional 316SS or carbon steel
- Available with 45° angle
- When ordering, specify material; gauge (if nonstandard); dimensions A and C; and end styles if not all QF.
