TW Series 3-Way ball valves are available in PVC and CPVC. O-rings are either FPM or EPDM and the seats are PTFE. Up to 2 in. sizes have socket and threaded end connections. Depending on flow configuration, see our Library, there is a choice of 3 ball types. All TW Series valves are assembled with silicone free lubricant.

- All thermoplastic vertical 3-way ball valves shall be manufactured from PVC Type 1, Grade 1 (ASTM D1784, Cell Classification 12454), or CPVC (ASTM D1784. All O-rings shall be EPDM or FPM for chemical service required. Seats shall be PTFE as standard. All sizes of valves shall be of true union design. Different ball configurations shall be available (L-port (TW-ball), double L-port (TP-ball) and T-port (TPball)) to facilitate proper flow patterns required by engineer. Ball shall be installed into the body thru a side-port and secured via threaded seal retainer with PTFE seat. Stem shall contain double O-rings, and shall be blowout-proof design. Body shall contain an integral mounting pad to facilitate actuation if required. All 1/2” – 6” sizes shall be rated 150psi at 70°F non-shock. All sizes of ANSI 150 lb flanged valves shall be pressure-rated for 150psi at 70°F non-shock. All vertical 3-way ball valves shall carry a three-year warranty, and shall be manufactured by Hayward Flow Control products.
