Overview:

QF Branches (sometimes called “wyes” or “laterals”) are standard with QF rolled ends, allowing quick connections with other QF ductwork. 14 gauge material construction adds extra durability. A - C ≥ C-B. Use formula to determine if a reducer is needed at C. Contact Nordfab or your local Nordfab dealer for assistance with branch configurations not shown below, larger sizes, and material / gauge options. Quick-Fit has been used in a wide variety of applications, wherever dust collection or fine particulate transfer is required. Quick-Fit saves time and money on installation, is easy to clean out, is adaptable to existing ductwork, and is easily re-used during shop floor reconfigurations.   • Available with flanged ends in diameters up to 72", and other various end types
  • When ordering, specify material, gauge (if nonstandard), dimensions A, B, C, end styles, and angle (45° shown below, click here for 30°).
  • Length = C X 2 + 9"
  • A - C ≥ C-B. Use formula to determine if a reducer is needed at C.
  • Available with 30° angle
  • Other gauges available include standard 22 and 20, 18, 16, 14, 12 and 10
  • Available in optional carbon steel material
